Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Taskpull ("we," "us," "our"), located at Radelandstraße 38, 13589 Berlin, Germany, you ("User," "Buyer," or "Seller") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our platform.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

1.2 By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

2.1 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and keep it up-to-date.

2.2 You are responsible for all activity under your account and must safeguard your password.

2.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Platform Roles & Definitions

3.1 A "Task" means any service offered for sale on our platform.

3.2 A "Buyer" means a User who purchases a Task.

3.3 A "Seller" means a User who offers and delivers a Task.

3.4 An "Order" means the agreement between Buyer and Seller for delivery of a Task.

4. Listing & Service Fees

4.1 Listing Fee: Sellers pay a non‑refundable USD 1.00 fee for each Task they list.

4.2 Transaction Fee (Seller): Upon successful delivery and Buyer acceptance, Sellers are charged 19 % of the Order’s total purchase price.

4.3 Service Fee (Buyer): Buyers pay a non‑refundable USD 1.50 service fee on each Task they purchase.

4.4 All fees are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes, which will be added where required by law.

5. Order Process

5.1 Buyers select a Task, agree to the Seller’s price, and pay all fees through our payment gateway.

5.2 Upon payment authorization, Sellers begin work immediately.

5.3 Sellers must deliver the Task by the mutually agreed deadline.

5.4 Buyers review delivered work and either accept or request revisions in accordance with the Seller’s revision policy.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 Buyers may request cancellation before delivery; Sellers receive no funds, and service fees are non‑refundable.

6.2 After delivery, cancellation requests count as Disputes (Section 7).

6.3 Any refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Dispute Resolution procedures.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 We encourage amicable resolution: Buyer and Seller should communicate directly.

7.2 If unresolved, either party may open a dispute within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

7.3 We may mediate; final decisions regarding refunds or partial refunds are at our discretion.

8. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

8.1 Users must comply with all applicable laws.

8.2 Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to: illegal activities, hate speech, pornography, defamatory material, and anything infringing third‑party rights.

8.3 Violation may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Sellers warrant that their work is original or properly licensed.

9.2 Upon Buyer’s full payment, intellectual property rights in delivered work transfer to the Buyer, subject to any pre‑agreed usage terms.

9.3 We claim no ownership over User‑generated content, but Users grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to display and distribute such content on the platform.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data. By using Taskpull, you consent to our practices described therein.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASKPULL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Taskpull from all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

13. Termination

13.1 We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful.

13.2 Upon termination, all outstanding obligations and fees remain due and payable.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by German law. The courts of Berlin, Germany, have exclusive jurisdiction.
