      Seller Policy

      1. Introduction

      This Seller Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of Taskpull as a seller (“you,” “Seller”). By listing a service (“Task”) on the Taskpull platform, you agree to adhere to this Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and other applicable agreements and guidelines. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, you may not list Tasks or provide services through Taskpull.

      2. Eligibility and Account Standards

      2.1 Age Requirement

      Sellers must be at least 18 years old. By registering as a Seller, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

      2.2 Single Account

      Each Seller may have only one active seller account. Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions, manipulate ratings, or engage in fraudulent activity is prohibited.

      2.3 Identity Verification

      You must complete our identity verification process before listing any Task. This includes submitting a valid government-issued ID and any other documents we request (e.g., proof of address). Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension or termination.

      2.4 Accurate Information

      All information you provide (including your profile, task listings, and payment details) must be accurate and kept up to date. Any mismatch between your account details and verification documents may lead to account limitations.

      3. Task Listings

      3.1 Originality and Accuracy

      Each Task you offer must be your own original work or properly licensed; descriptions must accurately reflect the service you will provide. Misleading or false information about your skills, experience, or the nature of the Task is not allowed.

      3.2 Prohibited Content and Services

      You may not list Tasks that violate any laws or third-party rights, including tasks involving illegal activities, hate speech, pornography, defamation, plagiarism, or misleading financial activities. See the “User Conduct & Prohibited Content” section in our Terms of Service for a full list of prohibited content.

      3.3 Off-Platform Transactions

      All communication and payments with Buyers must take place through the Taskpull platform. Soliciting Buyers to transact outside the platform is strictly prohibited.

      3.4 Pricing

      Your pricing must be transparent and reflect the scope of work you offer. Do not set bait pricing (unrealistically low prices) with the intent to upcharge later. List all optional packages or add-ons clearly.

      4. Fees and Payments

      4.1 Listing Fee

      A non-refundable USD 1.00 fee is charged for each Task you list.

      4.2 Transaction Commission

      Upon the successful delivery of a Task and the Buyer’s acceptance, Taskpull retains 19 % of the total order amount as commission.

      4.3 Payout

      Once the Buyer marks the order as complete, your earnings (minus commissions) will be available for withdrawal after any applicable clearance period. You are responsible for ensuring your payment method is correct and up to date.

      4.4 Taxes

      You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations that apply to your earnings. Taskpull does not withhold or file taxes on your behalf.

      5. Order Fulfillment and Quality Standards

      5.1 Timely Delivery

      You must deliver the Task by the agreed deadline. If you anticipate a delay, communicate with the Buyer promptly and request an extension.

      5.2 Professional Conduct

      You are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally with Buyers at all times. Refrain from using offensive language or making false claims about competitors.

      5.3 Revisions

      Provide revisions or modifications as set out in your Task description. If a revision request falls outside the scope, you may offer additional services for an additional fee through the platform.

      5.4 Cancellations

      You should not cancel orders without a legitimate reason. Excessive cancellations or unfulfilled orders may lead to account penalties or suspension.

      6. Prohibited Actions

      6.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation

      You may not provide false information, impersonate others, or engage in fraudulent activity.

      6.2 Spam or Abuse

      Sending unsolicited messages, bulk messaging, or spam is prohibited.

      6.3 Multiple Accounts or Manipulation

      Operating multiple accounts, artificially inflating ratings, or manipulating the platform’s systems is not allowed.

      6.4 Off-Platform Communication

      Requesting or sharing direct contact details (email, phone numbers, social media) to transact outside Taskpull violates our Terms of Service and this Policy.

      7. Disputes and Refunds

      7.1 Dispute Cooperation

      If a Buyer opens a dispute, you agree to cooperate with Taskpull’s resolution process, provide relevant evidence (e.g., messages, delivered files), and abide by our final decision.

      7.2 Refunds

      In certain cases, such as non-delivery or failure to meet agreed specifications, Taskpull may issue a full or partial refund to the Buyer. Fees and commissions may be deducted as outlined in our Refund Policy.

      8. Account Suspension and Termination

      8.1 Violations

      Failure to comply with this Policy or any other Taskpull guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

      8.2 Appeals

      If your account is suspended or terminated, you may contact support@taskpull.com within seven (7) days to appeal. We will review your case, and our decision is final.

      9. Policy Updates

      Taskpull reserves the right to modify or update this Seller Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Policy.
