      Refund Policy

      1. Introduction

      This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued on Taskpull (“we,” “us,” “our”) for services (“Tasks”) purchased through our platform. By using Taskpull, you agree to this policy.

      2. Eligibility for Refunds

      2.1 Cancellations by the Buyer

      Buyers may request to cancel an Order before delivery of the Task. If cancellation is approved, the Buyer receives a refund of the Task’s purchase price. The non‑refundable service fee (USD 1.50) is not returned.

      2.2 Cancellations by the Seller

      If a Seller cancels an Order before delivering the Task, the Buyer will be refunded the full amount paid.

      2.3 Non‑Delivery

      If a Seller fails to deliver the Task by the agreed deadline, the Buyer can request a refund. Taskpull will investigate and may issue a full or partial refund depending on circumstances.

      2.4 Unsatisfactory Work

      If a Buyer is not satisfied with the delivered Task, the Buyer must first request revisions in accordance with the Seller’s revision policy. If the Seller refuses or fails to provide the revisions, the Buyer may open a dispute within fourteen (14) days of delivery to request a partial or full refund.

      2.5 Listing Fees and Commissions

      Listing fees (USD 1.00 per Task) and Seller transaction commissions (18 %) are non‑refundable once the Task is delivered and accepted by the Buyer.

      3. Dispute Process

      3.1 Initial Resolution

      Buyers and Sellers are encouraged to resolve issues directly through the platform’s messaging system.

      3.2 Dispute Submission

      If the parties cannot reach a resolution, either may open a dispute within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The dispute must provide evidence of non-delivery or unsatisfactory work.

      3.3 Review and Decision

      Taskpull will review the dispute and evidence provided. We may request additional information from the Buyer and Seller. Our decision regarding refunds, partial refunds, or denial of the dispute is final and binding.

      3.4 Partial Refunds

      In some cases, we may determine that a partial refund is appropriate if the Task is partially completed or if the Buyer chooses to keep some of the work.

      4. Non‑Refundable Fees

      4.1 Buyer Service Fee

      The USD 1.50 service fee charged to Buyers for each Order is non‑refundable, even if the Order is cancelled or refunded.

      4.2 Seller Listing Fee

      The USD 1.00 listing fee charged to Sellers for each Task is non‑refundable.

      4.3 Transaction Commission

      The 19 % commission charged to Sellers on successfully completed Orders is non‑refundable once the Buyer has accepted the Task.

      5. Refund Method and Timing

      5.1 Refund Method

      Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

      5.2 Processing Time

      Refunds may take up to ten (10) business days to process, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

      6. Chargebacks

      Buyers who dispute a charge with their payment provider without following our dispute process may have their account suspended or terminated. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks and provide evidence of service delivery.
