      Buyer Policy

      1. Introduction

      This Buyer Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules and responsibilities for Buyers (“you”) on Taskpull. By purchasing any service (“Task”) on Taskpull, you agree to comply with this Policy, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other applicable guidelines. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform as a Buyer.

      2. Eligibility and Account

      2.1 Age Requirement

      Buyers must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

      2.2 Single Account

      You may have only one active Buyer account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or avoid restrictions is prohibited.

      2.3 Accurate Information

      You must provide truthful and current information in your profile, payment details, and communications. Updating inaccurate information promptly is your responsibility.

      3. Purchasing Tasks

      3.1 Order Placement

      When you select a Task, you agree to pay the listed price plus the Taskpull service fee (currently USD 1.50 per Task). Your payment is held by Taskpull until the Task is delivered and accepted.

      3.2 Clear Requirements

      Provide complete and clear requirements to the Seller at the outset. Inadequate instructions may lead to delays or unsatisfactory results, and additional costs if revisions are needed.

      3.3 Payment Method

      Use only the payment methods provided within the Taskpull platform. Off-platform payments or transactions are strictly prohibited.

      4. Communication and Conduct

      4.1 Professionalism

      Treat Sellers respectfully and professionally. Abusive language, harassment, or discriminatory remarks are not tolerated.

      4.2 On-Platform Communication

      All communication regarding the order must occur through Taskpull. Sharing personal contact details or soliciting work off-platform violates our terms.

      4.3 Feedback and Reviews

      Provide honest feedback based on your experience. Reviews should reflect the quality of the work and professionalism of the Seller. Manipulating reviews (e.g., offering incentives for positive feedback) is not allowed.

      5. Cancellations and Disputes

      5.1 Cancellation Before Delivery

      You may request to cancel an order before the Seller has delivered the Task. If approved, your payment (minus the service fee) will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.

      5.2 Revisions and Acceptance

      Upon receiving the Task, review it promptly. If revisions are needed and within the Seller’s revision policy, request them through the platform. Once you accept the Task, payment is released to the Seller and cannot be reversed.

      5.3 Disputes

      If you believe the delivered work is unsatisfactory or not as described, you may open a dispute within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Taskpull will review the dispute and may issue a full or partial refund based on our Refund Policy.

      6. Prohibited Activities

      6.1 Illegal or Infringing Tasks

      You may not purchase services that violate laws, third-party intellectual property rights, or Taskpull’s Prohibited Content policy.

      6.2 Fraud and Misrepresentation

      Submitting false disputes, misrepresenting your identity, or attempting to defraud Sellers will result in account suspension or termination.

      6.3 Fee Avoidance

      Attempting to circumvent Taskpull fees by arranging direct payments or continuing projects outside the platform is forbidden.

      7. Account Suspension and Termination

      7.1 Violations

      Failure to comply with this Policy or any Taskpull guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

      7.2 Appeals

      If your account is suspended or terminated, you may contact support@taskpull.com within seven (7) days to appeal. Taskpull’s decision on appeals is final.

      8. Policy Updates

      Taskpull reserves the right to modify or update this Buyer Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon posting on our platform. Continued use after the changes constitute acceptance.
